HR AFRICA AWARD

What is it?

The HR Africa Award is an award designed to reward you and your HR department for moving away from the historical Administration Officer, to the new-age Business partner/strategic HR department. As HR is moving more to being a business asset, we at the Institute for International Research (IIR) believe that you should be rewarded for the growth and changes you are undergoing, for your department and for your organisation.

Why do it?

In nominating your HR Department by submitting your application form, you will showcase your HR department as the leader in strategic and business partnerships. In showcasing your organisation this way, you will put yourself out there as the Department to benchmark against. Applicants who make it to the finals will be given the opportunity to present their organisation and, most importantly, outline how their HR department got their seat/representation on the board.

What is in it for the winning team?

The winning team will be announced at the 4th Annual HR Africa Summit.The winning team will be presented with an HR Africa Award trophy which it will keep for 1 year, the winning team will receive 5 complimentary delegates passes to any IIR training course or conference of their choice. The total prize is valued at R70 000.

Advisory Board
