This is called pre-event marketing, and it is crucial that all exhibitors take this plan of action on wholeheartedly and with full responsibility. It is important to remember that the Organiser of this event markets the event as a whole, representing all the participants - it's your job to differentiate yourself further. Each month exhibitors can expect to receive an e-shot detailing both marketing and logistical tips in how to fully utilize their time and efforts in getting the most ROI back in the long-term from participating in this event.
Being an exhibitor requires a roadmap for the months preceding and following on after the event- the event is where you make your presence known with the most impact, but the before is where the preparation is laid, and the after is where the rewards are reaped and re-sewn for future business.
